Forming leaders for faithful service to Jesus and His church
A pathway designed to identify, form, and equip leaders for ministry in the local church. Through theological grounding, intentional relationships with pastors, and hands-on ministry experience, participants grow in character, clarify their calling, and develop practical ministry competence.
What every pathway aims at
Three formation outcomes
Whichever pathway you take, the work is the same underneath. Only its depth and duration change.
Personal Spiritual Formation
Develop a daily, interactive relationship with God.
Theological Formation
Explore biblical theology, systematic theology, and the nature and purpose of the church for life and ministry.
Practical Ministry Formation
Identify and experience potential ministry domains.
Three Pathways
Which one fits where you are?
All three run the same rhythms with the same pastors. What differs is who they are for, how long they last, and how much they ask of you.

Serving, for the purpose of exposure
Internship
For the college-aged student who wants to live a faithful life of service to Jesus and is interested in seeing what ministry in a local church actually looks like from the inside.

Ministry Residency
For the leader who suspects God may be calling them into vocational ministry and wants to find out properly, with real responsibility and pastors close at hand. This pathway is open to men and women.

Pastoral Residency
The deepest of the three. For the man who believes he is called into vocational ministry, has some prior training, and carries the affirmation of a local church. Two years of equipping toward church planting, revitalization, or pastoral leadership.
