Emerging Leaders Pathway 01
Serving, for the purpose of exposure
Spend a summer finding out what ministry actually is
Six to twelve weeks inside a local church, alongside a pastor, with real work to do and people who will talk with you about it.
The internship at a glance
What it is for
Exposure, not a decision
The internship does not ask you to have your calling worked out. It is designed for the student who wants to live a faithful life of service to Jesus and is curious what that looks like inside a local church. Some interns leave clearer about ministry. Some leave clearer that it is not for them. Both are a good summer.
Personal Spiritual Formation
Develop a daily, interactive relationship with God.
Theological Formation
Explore biblical theology, systematic theology, and the nature and purpose of the church for life and ministry.
Practical Ministry Formation
Identify and experience potential ministry domains.
